Eligibility for Returns

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item(s).

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been issued.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Include clear photos of:

  • Any visible damage

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Order Cancellations
